I don’t want my tumblr to become a diet blog, self-loathing, i hope to get skinny blog, but… yes, there is always a but…
Nick and I are starting a personal trainer together. It will be nice to have someone there to motivate me, meaning the trainer and Nick. When we return to Orlando from our Key West vacation we will start looking for a trainer.
My goal, before meeting with the trainer, is to lose 50 pounds by next year. This is, in my eyes, not unreasonable.
yes, i do want to be skinny, but more so I want to be healthy. Health is my biggest priority, self confidence is my second, being skinny in my third.
I think through gaining physical health … I am going to gain mental health.
This is going to be good for me.
I am deciding though whether to take all of this to a separate tumblr to post all of my motivation and experience or continuing using this one?
